It is in our best interest to place our horses in suitable and knowledgeable homes that will provide the best care they can and have the horses best interests at heart, therefore we reserve the right to refuse a sale at any time we see fit.

Horses are sold "as is"
Registration papers, transfer papers and stallion service certificates will not be issued to any buyer until horse has left the property and all funds owing have been settled including purchase price, board, and any others fees applicable
Buyers are responsible for costs of vet checks, coggins test, health papers and transportation fees.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
We require are 25% of purchase price deposit in order to hold a horse for anyone
We do take payments often and are willing to work with buyers especially when they can offer a great home and lifestyle for the horse
We are no longer responsible for the horse after it leaves the farm. Buyers are encouraged to vet check and test the horse before purchasing.
Once the horse is paid in full, ownership has then changed, and the buyer now assumes all risk of loss or injury.
Horses sold will have HST on the purchase price (13% in Ontario)
